0.10.0 - The calm before the storm

0.10.0 is out! a gem content update and bug fix! a few UI issues are resolved and more information is given about the rings! I complexity redesigned how the gems work (in code) and now you can have all types of synergies like a ring the creates a wobbly beam of walls or a ring that emits healing vabers, note there are no gems that create wobbly beams of walls or healing vapers, these are all done though gem synergies! Next up, the Jungle update!
