0.4.0 is the weather update! among many bug fixes we have added -

• Many many more elements
• Cirrus, cumulus, nimbus and cumulonimbus clouds
• Wind (still needs work)
• Rain/snow fall
• snow on the ground
• liquids freezing
• Dynamic temperature that changes depending on where you are on the planet
• Many more/better tile graphics

Over the next few updates I plan on really pushing the nation relationships, and base building!
